(MMUH) has been designated as the Major Trauma Centre (MTC) for the
central trauma network. Phase 1 of this initiative will involve the
planning and establishment of a new trauma service and the opening of
a dedicated *-bed trauma rehabilitation ward
(Q3, *). The successful candidate will help to
ensure that a caring, creative environment is achieved, paying
attention to the highest possible quality of nursing care. The staff
nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest
professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care
practiced in the hospital. Our Nurses work as part of a collaborative
multidisciplinary team along with Health Care Assistants, Doctors,
Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Porters,
Occupational Therapists, Radiographers, Catering Staff and
